Annual General Meeting 2019

We would like to invite you to the Annual General Meeting. Please see attached for the Official Notice and Agenda. 

If you cannot attend the meeting, you may appoint a Proxy Form. Please send a signed form by email to admin@japansocietycanada.com or mail it to our office at 157 Adelaide Street West, Suite 604, Toronto, Ontario, Canada M5H 4E7.

Please be advised that the Annual General Meeting is only open to Members in good standing. The Annual General Meeting will take place right after the luncheon seminar inviting Honorable Perrin Beatty, President and CEO of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce staring at noon. We encourage you to come hear a presentation by Mr. Beatty and stay for the Annual General Meeting! Please kindly let us know if you wish to attend the meeting.
